We operate like a hotel, charging by the night.   

Our weekday check-in is 3-6 PM and check out is 7:30 - 11:00 AM.   

You may check-in during our morning hours or check-out during the afternoon hours

for an extra day care fee of $15 per dog.

Our weekend check-in and check-out is between 10 AM -12 noon Saturday and 4-6 PM Sunday.

 

• Your pet will never be crated while at Big Oaks for boarding, daycare or grooming!

• We require all dogs to be up-to-date with Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella at least five (5) days prior to their arrival at Big Oaks, and certificates must be presented prior to check-in.  

• We also require all our guests to be on a monthly flea & tick program.  Any guests found with fleas or other external parasites will be treated by over-the-counter medications at the customer's expense.

• Please bring your pet's food in baggies for each meal.   We are happy (within reason) to mix foods, provide your treats and administer oral medications at no additional charge.  (We cannot administer injections.)

• Please leash your dog before exiting your vehicle and place your dog in the enclosure at the front of the office.  You may meet us in the office or parking lot (if social distancing is required.)  

• A deposit is required for all bookings.

• No shows lose entire deposit.  Once your dog checks in, early checkouts (without 24 hours notice) are charged that night's boarding at check out.  

• Holiday cancellations are per the cancellation date given at time of reservation and early check outs during holidays are charged entire reservation.

• Cancellations affect us significantly.  Deposits are refundable (minus a $10 transaction fee) if you cancel 48 hours before check in date.  Deposits are NOT refunded after the cancellation date.
