We operate like a hotel, charging by the night.   

Our weekday check-in is 3-6 PM and check out is 7:30 - 11:00 AM.   

You may check-in during our morning hours or check-out during the afternoon hours

for an extra day care fee of $15 per dog.

Out weekend check-in and check-out is between 10-12 AM Saturday and 4-6 PM Sunday.

 

• Your pet will never be crated while at Big Oaks for boarding, daycare or grooming!

• We require all dogs to be up-to-date with Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella at least five (5) days prior to their arrival at Big Oaks, and certificates must be presented at check-in.  If you are in a bind, we sell the nasal Bordetella, but it must be given 72 hours prior.

• We also require all our guests to be on a monthly flea & tick program.  Any guests found with fleas or other external parasites will be treated by over-the-counter medications at the customer's expense.

• Please bring your pet's food in baggies for each meal.   We are happy (within reason) to mix foods, provide your treats and administer medications at no additional charge.

• Please leash your dog before exiting your vehicle and you may meet us in the office or parking lot (if social distancing is required.)  

• A deposit is required for all bookings.

• No shows are charged 1 night of boarding.  Early checkouts or cancellations without 48 hours notice are charged 1 night of boarding.  Holiday cancellations are per the cancellation date given at time of reservation.

• Cancellations affect us significantly.  Deposits are refundable (minus a $10 transaction fee) if you cancel by the cancellation date.  Deposits are NOT refunded after the cancellation date.
